02Purpose and nature of the information

The website presents the short-term rental concierge services offered by Elyos in Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and along the coast to Toulon, allows you to request an estimate, and gives access to advice in the form of articles.

The information published (services, fees, timeframes, examples) is indicative and does not constitute a contractual offer. Services are provided under a separate contract signed before any work begins; in the event of any discrepancy, that contract prevails over the website content.

03Access to the website

The website is accessible free of charge, excluding connection costs at your expense. Elyos endeavours to keep it available but does not guarantee availability: access may be interrupted, in particular for maintenance or in cases of force majeure.

04Contact form and estimate request

You agree to provide accurate information. The estimate request is free and without obligation: it creates no obligation for you or for Elyos.

The following are prohibited:

• sending unlawful, abusive, misleading or unsolicited content (spam);
• any attempt to break into or disrupt the website, or abusive automated use of the form;
• impersonating a third party.

Elyos may decline to follow up on any request that breaches these rules.

05Estimates and articles

Revenue estimates are based on the information you provide and on market conditions at a given time. They are indicative: no level of income or occupancy rate is guaranteed.

Blog articles are provided for general information and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting or insurance advice. Before renting your property short-term, check the applicable regulations (town hall registration and registration number, change-of-use authorisation, co-ownership rules, taxation, insurance) or seek professional advice.

06Intellectual property

The texts, logo, visual identity and structure of the website are the property of Elyos. Any reproduction or reuse without prior written permission is prohibited. Illustrative photographs come from the Unsplash image library and remain subject to their authors' licence.

07Hyperlinks

The website may contain links to third-party sites (for example WhatsApp), whose content and practices Elyos does not control and for which it cannot be held responsible. You may link to the website provided you do not harm Elyos's image.

08Liability

Elyos takes great care over the website's content but cannot guarantee it is free of errors or omissions. To the extent permitted by law, Elyos is not liable for indirect damages, access interruptions, viruses or any harm resulting from use of the website or third-party content. You are responsible for your equipment and connection. These limitations do not apply in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Elyos may amend these terms at any time. The version online at the date of your visit is the one that applies.

11Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, the competent courts will be seized under the ordinary rules of law.
