When maintenance or repairs are needed, we facilitate the process and can put you in touch with trusted partners. We are available 7 days a week to handle unexpected situations related to the stay, guests or the property, with response within 24 hours. When a technical intervention or repair is needed, we coordinate with a suitable service provider. The response time then depends on their availability.
