How does revenue payout work?

You receive the full revenue generated by your bookings directly into your account, including the cleaning fees paid by guests. Each month, Elyos invoices you for its 20% (excl. VAT) management commission along with the corresponding cleaning fees. We then settle payment with our cleaning provider directly.

We handle the full scope of property management: listing creation and optimisation, professional photos, guest welcome, cleaning, review and issue management. When maintenance or repairs are needed, we facilitate the process and can put you in touch with trusted partners. These interventions are carried out by independent contractors, subject to their availability.

How do you handle emergencies?

We are available 7 days a week to handle unexpected situations related to the stay, guests or the property, with response within 24 hours. When a technical intervention or repair is needed, we coordinate with a suitable service provider. The response time then depends on their availability.

Yes. Our service is continuous. Check-ins, check-outs and emergencies are handled every day, including weekends and public holidays.
